hey thanks for reply. Can they follow an algorithm to help the tenant solve the problem over the phone if I wanted? Ex: 'My heat is out' and then answering service to do all possible trouble shooting (that I provide them with) over the phone

I would never rent to any tenant that did not see the property first in person. This is one reason I do not rent to applicants living away looking to move to my area. If a applicant is not interested in seeing the property in person I do not take the risk of renting to them.

Technology is a lazy approach to our business in some cases, this being one.

noted...but, Im hyperfocused on automation of my business. thanks for reply

Never... I get a copy of their driver's license vis text and I just give them the code to the lockbox, they can look at it themselves...

awesome I love it? any issues or concerns? are these a/b/c/d properties?

what's the best pm answering service?

I’m really asking if many do ‘video’ showings exclusively?

Im really trying to figure out a way to show units without being there. I think I have found a lock that I can control from afar. Im instituting professionally made video walkthroughs and requiring tenants to drive by the property. Any ideas that don't require my physical presence?
