Hey inventory is low and I would like to make a purchase soon. Has anyone had a lot of success by simply looking up owner and trying to contact them and making an offer? Im mainly looking in the commercial multifamily space less than 1 million.

 Hey Richard do you just build the template every time? It doesn't save the template unless you pay. I took me 20 minutes to build the template.

Hey Im looking for an electronic signature software so I can text/email a lease and have the future tenant electronically sign and send back. The most popular one is expensive for my needs.

YO, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PROS! What does everyone charge for pet fees and monthly charges, etc...  And while your answering, what is your criteria (ex: up to 40 lbs, can't have a particular breed, etc...)?
