@Jason Taken I am in Sacramento CA and I am also looking for a referral. I purchased a property with a hard money loan in June and rehabbed the property with money and now it's a STR on airbnb. I want to refinance into DSCR loan with 80%LTV but there is no rental history. May have suggested bridge loan but rates are higher. Any suggestions? Referrals?

Thank you @Myka Artis for your suggestion. It appears that everyone ha their go to website, no two people has suggested same company. I have been looking into hospitable and homeaway but after a while they all sound the same. I know I need to pick one and try it out. Yes, I do want my property on all the major OTA's. Thx

Self manage! Cut out the middle man and save yourself some money. Self management can be done remotely. I manage 4 STR units over 14 hours away. There is a book called Short Term Rental, Long Term Wealth by Avery Carl. Quick read and power packed with all the things STR.

I have couple of short-term rentals. I need to get them on many short-term rental websites (i.e. airbnb, vebo, booking.com...etc.) for most exposer to my properties. Who do you recommend (i.e. hostaway, guesty, hospitable...etc.) and why?

I am in the middle of a project and need a 2nd loan to complete a project. The first is with US Bank at 3.5% so we don't want to refinance that loan and they won't offer 2nd in the middle of construction. Please share contact information if know someone that you may have worked in the past.
Also, I am looking for DSCR loan for my airbnb property. I bought in June of 2022, it took 6 months to rehab and furnish the property and now ready to list the property on airbnb. I need to refinance my hard money loan to DSCR loan.
