When the tenants request for something in the unit to be repaired, do you have a system in place where they can fill a form out and send it over to the PM?

This way all request are documented along with when the actual repair was tended to.

What is the best app or website that will allow a landlord to upload a new lease or other documents that require tenants to sign without landlord being present.
