Thanks

@Mark F.

When the lease is month to month, for the “term” section on the lease is is supposed to say

Lease start date: 1/1/20

Term: Month to Month

Or.

Lease start date: 1/1/20

Term: 30 days.

Thanks

@Patricia Steiner

There were a numerous amount of lease violations this year alone. I would have had to given the notice to quit within a 30 day time frame based of the day of violation ?

@Patricia Steiner

How far back in time can lease violations be brought to the court ?

Can i give a notice to quit without giving a notice to cease ?

Notice to quit for any reason other than non payment of rent is my cause and if the tenant decides to stay at the property after being asked to leave then i will proceed with a summons from the court ?

@Patricia Steiner

If a property is purchased with tenants already occupying it and a lease from the new landlord isnt submitted, the tenant has to follow all guidelines in the lease from the previous landlord until a new lease is submitted by the new landlord, correct ?

@Joe Splitrock

What exactly make a landlord eligible to receive anything from the relief and is that a guarantee aren’t we still waiting for the new stimulus plan to be signed.
