@Kyle M.

The tenants i have are month to month and for January 2021 i would be implementing a new lease that will still be month to month just with different guidelines within the lease

@Patricia Steiner

But even with lease violations no tenant can be evicted at this time due to the new laws of the pandemic.

I want to get my tenants out of my property so i can do some renovations to force the value up and sell the property, but the tenants cannot be evicted. Is cash for keys a good strategy to do so?

Thank you. I’m going to include the semi annual unit checks. With a few other things I’m going to implement.

Thank you again. I really appreciate it

@Mark F.

I sent it out yesterday evening. I gave them till the 15th if this month to respond. One of the tenants requested to view the new lease for January 2021, so I’ll be modifying my current one to fit the standards of the info you sent me along with some other things i want to touch on.

Do you have any recommendations what i should include for year 2021 M2M

@Mark F.

Ok so for example the repairs and other Maintence of the property exceeds what I’m receiving for rent which i read in the info you sent me but does that have to be stated on the notice i email out today or do i just give notice that there will be an increase in rent how how much.

Thanks.
