Hi Everyone !

Currently looking into buying some rentals in Maine (5 units +)!

I am curious to know if anyone has any hard money lenders they could recommend as well as what community banks investors are using for cash out refis.

Thanks !

Sorry I was not aware of this but I was referring to 2-4 units mostly.

Correct me if I'm wrong but if I go to finance as an LLC I'm assuming they will use my personal credit score & income due to being a brand new LLC ?

Hi Everyone,

Sorry ahead of time if this question has been answered already, I looked and didn't quite get the answer I am looking for.

If I am purchasing MFR using a LLC, how would that work ? It would be a new LLC with no established credit or income, so how would a bank be willing to finance that ?

Thanks,

@Aaron Nelson

Thanks ! I've been really looking into fix/flip for a side income and to build some capital and then also get into buy & hold and build a nice portfolio !

Hi Everyone,

Just getting my foot in the door in the world of real estate and curious to know what other fellow investors in WA state are doing and what they have found success in whether it is wholesale, flipping, buy & hold of SFR & MFR-Commercial.

@Justin Frank

How many properties do you have if you don't mind me asking ? I plan on utilizing the BRRRR method for the buy & holds. Still doing my research on it though. When you go to refinance your properties, does your bank require a seasoning period and if so how long ?

@Justin Frank That is true... the market in WA right now is crazy. I might just have to stick to buy & hold. Where in Wa do you invest ?

Hello,

I am new to BP as well as just getting started in real estate. Has anyone located in WA State had any success in wholesaling? I've seen a lot of mixed reviews saying its doable, as well as stay away from it in this state.

Thank you
