I currently have 10 properties with mortgages. They will make you take title under a personal name once you finance. You can transfer it back to the llc and hopefully it won't trigger the due on sale clause. If I were to get 11th property, i would have to go to a portfolio lender. Rates are higher around 6,7%. My mortgage broker also told me the same company that did my first 10 mortgages can do more but at higher percentage rates over 6%.
