I'm playing this one buy ear, my Truck is in the shop so I only have my car. Hopefully it isn't too bad so I can make it!

How is Bedford, it is a lead, I am hoping to get it by the end of next week. I will keep you updated. I also have Short Sales in Stoughton and Easton but we are still a few weeks (or maybe months) for getting an answer on it.

It is going great, it is fun to get a lot of like minded people in the same room together. I noticed when I stepped away from going to meetings my deal flow just wasn't as much. Just going there and being active makes me feel better, and when you feel good, you do good!!!

Thank @Ann Bellamy, @Andrew Boimila where are you located? The Black Diamond Events are great as well, I will be in attendance Tuesday. Also @Account Closed in Peabody has a great event as well. I haven't been there lately but I am making it a point to get up there again. Also I heard @Justin Silverio event was a huge success the other night, congrats Justin!

Hopefully I will see everyone around and if I don't have a Happy Holiday Season!

No Broker deals, I don't plan on placing them on MLS but if I have to I will. Some I have UAG and a couple I don't but I know the people well enough.
