Some meetups are designed to sell you their product and other meetups are to network with others who have a similar passion about real estate investing.

If I find a local meetup to network/share stories and learn, I will definitely keep you in the loop.

@Charles Huang has meetups in Fairfax.  I attended one of the meetups on 5/13/2017.
