If a single person (divorce and with 1 adult 23 year old daughter ) dies in Florida Broward County and I have a promissory note against him , will the property still go through the probate process even if there is an unpaid debt? and if yes , does my debt have priority over heirs?

thanks for sharing this info, what I would like to understand is, after having the list in CVS, if there is any software (ai system) that allows through the words in the specific case (divorce, dead(probate) or other words that identify people in distress who extrapolates this info, or do you have to manually open file by file thanks I hope you have a fantastic day
