The government of canada continuously  increasing the interest rates as well as tax on non residence  to cool down the market. However, despite of it there are some other drivers of prices (demand of houses and population) and these two later factors are fighting against the interest rates (government) . As a result houses are becoming over priced in most of areas in Canada. What do you think how long the prices will escalate and is it a good time to invest in this market trend.

Are pre-construction investment profitable? What is usual payment structure in these investments?

Best province and city in canada to invest  for single family houses and multi family houses.

Thank you sir. I want to study about investing. Thanks for your recommendations.

When you say all of the basics of real estate, are you specifically referring to investing, being a licensed agent, or something else? If you're talking about investing, there are many options to choose from and almost all of them have something to take out of them. I don't think one book serves as a complete primer for everything you'll need to know to start. Read as much as you can until it becomes repetitive, be the expert in your field through study and application. Books that I loved:

Building Wealth One House at a Time by John Schaub

Finding and Finding Great Deals by Anson Young

Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat: The BRRRR Rental Property Investment Strategy Made Simple by David Greene

If you're looking for books on becoming a licensed agent, lookup an "essentials" or "guide" book to becoming a real estate agent in your particular state along with the state requirements listed online for testing purposes. Many of the books may be available at your free public library or otherwise online. Good luck with the study!

I am beginner learner of RE . Please recommend some books which will cover all the basics of RE.

Yesterday, was my first day on forum of bigger pockets . And i enjoyed it really. Got so many great advices. I got familiar with forums after reading the THE BOOK ON RENTAL PROPERTY INVESTING by BRANDON TURNER and the book was wonderful I learned so much out of it.

I would start by reading all you can.  Hang out on the forums if you fully engage you will start finding yourself in more and more conversations about investing.

my advice would be once you qualify to buy a place find a good agent/investor he will be happy to only educate you but find you a good deal.

Alright sir. I am reading books on real estate investing And learning basic principles about real estate 😊.

Quote from @Steve Vaughan:

Do both, but read enough to learn basic concepts.

If we give you 15 or 30 minutes over coffee, you can waste it asking what an option or BRRR is. Or you can already be there and talk about next level, market-specific trends and strategies.
