I haven't had this problem. I have been getting 20 Off Market Deals A Month in the Triangle/Fayetteville area in NC. My biggest obstacle is finding cash buyers.

Hello Everyone,
I am interested in learning more about fixing problems in a house (drywall, plumbing, flooring issues). Are there videos anyone recommends watching on Youtube to learn more about this?
All feedback is appreciated. Thank you!

I am a realtor in NC. I'm looking for books/websites/youtube pages, basically, anything that can help me understand how to evaluate a house better (flooring issues, etc.) when I walk it. Appreciate the suggestions!

I usually pull mine because it's faster, however, I have seen contractors cut corners who don't pull their own. How well do you know the contractor? Have you worked with them before? Are questions I probably start with.

Hey Corey,
You are in a tough spot. If they are paying, I would say keep them; however, if the damages to the property are getting out of hand, then the repairs will cost you a lot once they do leave.
Is the area you are at easy to find renters? That could determine too if you get rid of them.
