I am working on building a buyer's list. Does anyone have any experience selling to a "We Buy Houses" firm vs. an individual cash buyer? It seems much easier finding "We Buy Houses" firms but I am not sure what the downsides are. Thanks.

Hello,

I am new to the real estate world and I'm interested in learning about wholesaling. I have a few questions that I hope can be answered by someone.

1. If the seller signs the contract, what happens to his mortgage? Does he get the money from the buyer and pay off his mortgage with it?

2. I don't really have great "people skills". Will this be a problem for me in closing deals?

3. How much will it cost to have a real estate attorney review my contracts to ensure they are good to go?
