@Mindy Jensen thank you for moving this post to the correct area, in my original post I had asked the question of where on BP was the best place to build a buyers list, I guess this answers my initial question. Thanks Again!!

Hello @Billy Allen and welcome to BP, usually you can google for your REIA, here is the one I found

https://www.okcreia.com/, you can also look through the BP site on the forms that are specifically for you state and find information there as well, some people post meet ups, connecting with other from your area also helps in networking and finding meet ups.

@Nick C. thank you for your advice! I realize a few solid buyers are far better than an extensive list of possibilities, hence the reason for trying to build it on BP. All in all you have a solid answer!

@Joe Cantanzriti  that makes sense, I've seen a lot of debate on which should come first so I figured I would do both, concentrating more on sellers, while building a buyers list on the back end.

And also touché =)

Thank you for your advice @Taron Jackson, I am fairly new myself and at this point I don't have a deal, but I am working on that and building my buyers list in the process.

I would say if you pay the property management company to do up keep (including plumming) then they should handle the issue?
