@Michael Healy yeah I have the same assumption, I think she is emotionally attached and bought when the markets were better. Thank you again sir.

Good morning, I just wondered if there was any major difference when wholesaling land or commercial properties, or if it is the same basic concept as wholesaling a SFR?

@Michael Healy Thanks for the information, My grandma owns a house there and is currently trying to sell it through a realtor, but hasn't had much luck, I did some Zillow checks and just wondered if anyone has been in the area lately. Thanks Again

Where I live they like the trash, so we use a bungie cord to keep the lid down, I have also used live traps, but you have to take them at least 6 to 7 miles away and release or else they will find their way back, some time you can use motion lights to scare them off or yes this will sound crazy but a radio near by will make them think you are there and should deter them.

I guess my question would either of your business be able to run without you? If not then you need to be healthy, you can do simple things in between the craziness of the day, push-ups, sit-ups, walk when looking for deal if your out looking, do a search for workouts that don't require weights or core fitness exercise, lots out there.
