Prices keep rising... it's a sellers market... signs of a bubble are pervasive but.. is it a bubble or has the market changed permanently.... thoughts?

Title insurance is very much a commodity. Pricing should nit differ. Goo reviews and good customer service is what you should be looking for. Pricing in nj is a published rate. If the company is established they have done a fair amount of investor deals. Hope this helps...

how are the soffits? are they vented or is the home older? had a client with this issue, we solved it by adding vented soffits to an older home. easy fix and not too pricey

its all about the comps...if you have the comps you get the rent, its really not much more complicated than that

for me in general the more distressed the bigger the opportunity...my largest returns have come from building ground up....but agree with above, need more info for sure
