Renee - Hey there! What part of town do you focus on?

Hey BP! I'm a new investor in Atlanta and I'd love to chat with some wholesalers in the Atlanta area about potential buy and holds and flips. Besides this site, any other ideas for meeting wholesalers?

I live in the ATL. Looking for ways to get some money to invest in RE. I thought a HELOC would be easiest because I have tons of equity in my home - we bought at the bottom of the crash ITP - Grant Park. I applied with Wells Fargo (they have the remainder of my current mortgage) and they denied me because I had a short sale in 2010 and one late payment on a CC since. Credit is pretty good now. Anyone know of any less critical heloc lenders or different types of loans available?

Hey Guys!

I think this is the right spot to post this. I'm a newbie to REI (did 2 deals 5-6 years ago and did good) and to the site, but I love it. It's like a gold mine of information. I live in the Grant Park area of Atlanta and would love to make some connections. I'm a solo practitioner attorney, and dying to get into REI. Feel like I'm drawn to buying rentals and holding, but certainly open to anything that's a good investment. Would love to meet wholesalers, birddogs, other B&H's, and anyone that loves the business here in Atlanta.
