@Alonna Johnson I was quoted $30k for their service and it seems outrageous . Do you still think it’s worth it? Did they save you a lot of money??

My wife and I are seriously considering Wealthability and I’m curious for those who signed up if they still believe in it and recommend it? I have a couple questions:
1. How much did you pay for the service?
2. After your strategy session, are you able to contact the CPA’s any time as part of the initial fee?
3. They claim there is only a one-time charge and then the only charge is to file your tax return each year. Is that true? Are there other hidden costs or “upsells?”
I REALLY appreciate any feedback you can provide as this is quite an investment they are asking of us.
Thanks,
James

Is it ok to have multiple agents working for you (seeking investment properties) in the same area or is that frowned upon?

@Jeffrey Wannberg The CA property is worth $575,000 and the CO property is $350,000. I didn't know I was going to go full force into real estate investing when I paid them off and would have never had cut those checks. I wish I would have used that money to invest in other properties and continued to just have the tenants pay down the loan. Would it be smarter to sell these instead? Or do a cash out re-fi?

@Jeffrey Wannberg Thanks! When you are referring to the return being greater than 5%, are you referring to Cash on Cash specifically?
