Should a realtor get a LLC or corporation for their business. What are the pros and cons for a real estate agent to have them .

I just got a motivated seller of  a coop whom is looking to sell . Sons mother passed away and took control of her estate and wants to sell . Does the coop board or the seller pay the comission? Also is their anything i need to know for the listing to close ?

We spoke about marketing , and open houses as well My photographers busy that day so im gonna take the pictures myself other than MLS services dont think my broker provides anything Related to Marketing .

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $290,000
Sale price: $290,000

shortsale that had squatters annoting rewnant and needed 80k all in all was worth it

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Was trying to make everything work the house needed a short sale in which you cannot wholesale, Thank God i was an admin of my Realty firm and we had a great team

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

looked thru data on acouple of different outlets found the property skipped trace owner .

How did you finance this deal?

No

How did you add value to the deal?

Paperwork Learning about short sale process, Connected all parties

What was the outcome?

Listed it as a short sale and was sold for 290000

So far I've applied online to 3 lenders/Banks got  denied by one haven't heard anything back yet from the others. How would I go about finding bank asset managers? I know a bankruptcy attorney from bank of America she hasn't gotten anything recently tho

hello my name is James i am a new agent out of long island ny . Have a question how does an agent beecome a foreclosure agent ? ive dealt with the process before as a wholesaler and thru working at my brokerage , but i want to list the foreclosed properties that Banks have , Any suggestions on how to start?
