Hey guys been a wholesaler for abt 3 years and worked at a realty firm for the same time in the course for my re license in ny. Theirs been alot of issues at my firm as of late not alot of effort is being out in at all . Want to find the right place to go to further my career and step my game up as well . So any advice on choosing a broker  as your sponsor or agency for success?

Have a fsbo I am dealing with we had an agreed upon price when the time came for the contracts to be done he didnt have an attorney and when he found one he didnt want to put the assignment clause in the contract .He is still trying to get ride of this property and wants to do biz but doesn't want the assignment in there any advice how I can get this deal done?
