Just getting started in wholesaling and someone calls one of my bandit signs! The only problem is they still owe about 115,000 on the house. Don’t know what to do with this? Any suggestions?

Went by to look at the house and definitely needs some work. The problem is the lady is in town for today only. Any advice on what I should do?
