Hi All,

Looking for a PM company for SFHs in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.  Has anyone used Fundamental Property Management or Letts Property Management before?   I am also open to other recommendations.  Thank you.

@Ross Denman thank you for all the details. Very insightful!  I am also an out of state investor.  How is lawrence township schools? Any reasons you didn't include them?

I heard it's not easy to get a loan (or HELOC) if a property is below 50k even after purchasing it with cash. Assuming it's performing with tenants, is it possible to cash out if ARV is around 35-50k in IN? Has anyone experienced similar situations?

Thank you.
