Quick survey... What do you consider to be the best States with the best returns for Multi-Family Investing? Essentially which state does your dollar go the furthest where you get the best return.

Tim Ryan I'm a Contractor here in Los Angeles what's up? So your buying out of state? How did you get comfortable with buying out of state and how did you find the properties that were right for you? Michael Evans Saw your post about buying in another state? How did you get comfortable buying over there? Do you have boots on the ground, or how did you go about setting it up. How do you find property in other states? Buying for 30k putting in 10k and flipping for 80k doesn't sound too bad when here in LA ............575k 775k etc :(
