Vanessa Ryder Happy to hear your just as eager as me! Yes I purchased a 2 Unit Single Family and rent it out.
I still live at home so it's easy for me to save and continue to look for deals. Any luck finding anything in LA lately? I have access to the MLS since I have my license but I'm having a hard time finding anything worth jumping on.

Linda Cheng Hi Linda I'm looking for the same but there's not much out there! That's a crazy picture! I've even resulted to looking at lots but a lot of the lots out there are on these hillsides and need a lot of money put into them before you even begin any foundation work.

Hey Alfred,
I'm on the same boat. I was speaking with a RE Agent over the weekend and she said the AV was a good place to get into flipping, that there is still money to be made there.
What are you seeing in terms of market trends in that area? Is she right?
I live in the San Fernando Valley so I'm not to familiar with the AV.
Thanks,
Jamie
