@Cal C. I'm going to delete the post. I've seen people post numbers before I didn't think much of it.

I know now to next time.

Thanks :)

Hey Everyone! I'll keep this short. I live in Los Angeles County I'm 26 years old. My dad and I are partners in RE. My question is about 2-3 years ago he sold his only apartment complex witch was a 4-Plex in Toluca Lake near Universal Studios. The area was real nice but he said he hated dealing with the annoying tenants. That they were a pain. I'm convinced I want to reintroduce Multi-Family Apartments into my portfolio but I'm not sure how to convince my dad/partner to re-enter the space with me... Any ideas? Love to get some BP member feedback!! Best, Jamie
I agree with most here Grant is the man! Love his mindset! Listen to his Podcast... The Cardone Zone! He loves apartment acquisitions and his Podcasts on the subject are very interesting and very motivational! Saving up to put my down on Multi-Family Apartments!

So here's where I am at.. I have 20k in liquid available cash. I'm parting up with my father to get into RE Investing in the next year.. 2015-2016. He himself already has 8 rental properties in his portfolio. I have 1. He knows I want to continue but wants me to be patient and wait a little longer. I've been seriously considering RE Crowdfunding from credible places like RealtyMogul. The minimum investment is 10k. Has anyone seen sizable returns from doing RE Crowdfunding? What are your opinions? Would love to hear some feedback. Thanks!

Going to NYC next week for a few days and was curious to see what I could do or see in terms of RE. I love RE so just learning something new while being in the city for the first time would be exciting.
