@Michael Warinner You can do anything you set your mind to, just make sure you give it your all. I fully believe that you do not need a college degree to make it in the world and in RE. My husband attended a very expensive college for one year and decided he was tired of sitting at a desk all day, that same guy now makes 6 figures a year in W-2 income. I did not attend any college and now work a W-2 job making $60,000.00 a year along with the fact that my husband and I are property investors. I was just back in my hometown and while dining out I was being waited on by a girl from my high school graduating class, she was now back from college with her degree and waiting tables... a degree does not mean a job. You do not have to get a degree but never stop learning, REI is fascinating and there is so much to learn about it.

@Matt Fogle not sure if you saw that we are meeting again this month, so thought I would loop you in. Hope you and your girlfriend can make it!
