I interviewed with a few and chose Solutions Real Estate in Gilbert. I'd also suggest Desert 2 Mountain Realty if you are looking for a small brokerage. Kay the owner is a teacher at one of the Real Estate Schools and she is great! I'd suggest speaking to fie or six and going with the one you fell most comfortable with and who has a good mentoring program.

The license application takes a few minutes to fill out, I am in Mesa and the City employees are super helpful. Once your have your license, a TPT is mailed monthly. The City of Mesa doesn't have the ability to offer online payments, since the State is taking over the TPT next year. You can either mail your TPT payment or go down to the City of Mesa and pay it in person.

Hello BP,

I am considering placing an offer on a parcel of land that contains two duplexes, one DUPLEX is manufactured and there is also a Septic System on site.

I have found some really good info posted on BP regarding septic systems; however, I wanted to know if anyone in the Phoenix Metro area can share their experiences with septic systems , pros, cons, suggestions etc.
