Welcome to BP! We actually have a pretty strong BP community here in Birmingham. I actually try to purchase 10-15 properties a month flips and rentals and have been looking for an experienced wholesaler to work with - lets connect and do some deals together... I'm looking for properties in "B" and "C" neighborhoods, please let me know about anything you find.
Regarding meetings, there is actually a great meetup group that meets monthly - I'll have the coordinator send you an invitation.
