Great question, it was a few years back and I can't remember the particulars. But, I know GoDaddy had just released Smartline and it was getting good reviews. That mixed with GD already hosting my website, I pulled the trigger. I've also heard owners using Grasshopper, but I don't know anything about them. 

@Greg W. for the three facilities I have (which are branded the same), I use Smartline from GoDaddy ($11/month) 

@Matthew Stapleford - I own and run three self storage facilities in NEO and can confirm that you do have to pay sales tax. The % paid will depend on the county rate.

I use SiteLink at two of my facilities and I'm currently in the process of setting up ESS for my third. 

@Parker Mattingly  - First I would call around to other local facilities to see what the average market price is for each unit size and that should give you a great starting point.
