I am starting to look at multifamilies in San Francisco and found some good finds but would like to connect with some individuals who have had experience with buying multifamilies in San Francisco.
Thanks.

Nope. I mean there’s always a bit of sprucing up you can do but they already did a lot of work.

It’s a nice 6 bedroom house in Malibu with a second lot over an 1.5 half attached. The only thing is it’s way up on the mountain. My friend, who I am wholesaling from had a hard time selling but I think her and her realtor were not approaching it correctly.

Hi everyone,
I am a bit new wholesaling and I just got a house under contract to sell. What’s the best way people have found buyers?
Thanks.

Hey everyone,
So I am a bit new to wholesaling but need some advice on how to write this contract up, any other advice, etc.
I have a friend who owns a house in Malibu that she has had a challenging time selling. She took it off market and said if I can find a person to buy it, I would get X amount above a certain price.
I have nothing to lose by trying. How would you go about putting the wholesale contract together, etc?

Hi everyone,
I am looking to connect with some real estate developers in Los Angeles who do not focus primarily on luxury homes or big apartment or condo developments, more general SFRs.
Thanks!

No, I would buy if you can. If you find a undervalued place that will garner you equity and rent right away and house hack etc you can then sell it in six months or a year and provide you leverage for a better place. We can always save more and we can always wait more.

@Kevin OBrien in the sense of narrowing down areas, yes, but didn’t find anything I liked.
