I was wondering had a Rough idea of cost of running electricity on new construction for a tiny home, 300 sq ft, with poles on the property.

Also if we build multiple tiny homes all needing power on the property, is there an efficient cheaper way to do that instead running power overhead to each one.

What would be the best way to find the contact info of somebody who owns an off market land parcel?

Would love some advice. I have had a hard time qualifying for an FHA loan because I am self employed.

Besides getting a co-signer, any other ideas on how to qualify?

I think tulum is a great market if utilized correctly.
