@Jay Hinrichs
Yeah, you can’t appraise tiny houses because there are no comps. I see things getting fixed. I am still working on finding a lender and feel I will just a matter of time.

Was wondering how many people here flip land and have had much success? Also if you flip land, are you a developer as well?

@Joe Callantine
I am working on securing financing. I already found land options that I like and Joshua tree does not have a minimum sq ft build.
Hopefully within weeks I can purchase the land and start developing.

The more you plan and are clear on your goals, your numbers, what you want and what you are looking for and study data and Economics, the more successful you will be.

@Bennie Hall why don’t you invest in multiple properties and just cover the required down payments and get loans and rent them out instead of just buying one?

@Jordon March where is that land that it is that high? You never purchase anything until you talk to the country about zoning and subdividing and making sure you can build your project there.

@Jermaine Chad Ingram you always start with the design of the house based on the land. The architect and contractor work together and work with exacts for plan approval with zoning and permits with the county/city etc but you should design the place first. You build after you design.

@Donnie Wiseman read as many books and listen to as many podcasts and gather as much information as you can. Just learn and learn and learn.
