Welcome @Jorge L Garcia . I have been on here for about a week and am finding all the info alot of help. Everybody here is friendly and very helpful. So you are def in the right place.

I just put in a bid for a 4 plex myself. I am doing an fha loan, and will owner occupy it. Having to put down 3.5% isnt too shabby.

Good luck on your search and I will see you around!

Hey @Ralph Knapp , welcome. Will you be renting the rv's out? I know some folks here in Bryan/College Station that rent theirs out during aggie home games, and they make a good bit of money doing it. I thought about it also, but my Tacoma is not big enough to pull one. Btw, Hook'em Horns!!!

I was wondering about the business card question also, but mine is: I am looking to purchase a multi family property and owner occupy it, and be the Landlord. In a few years I hope to purchase another property if this works out. Should I get a business card? Can i be an investor with only one property? Would i even be considered an investor? Do landlords have business cards? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
