Greetings bigger pockets community! After months of research, I’m finally ready to start my journey into my first investment property. I’m hoping to find any property mangers in the following areas:

Fort Wayne, Ind.

I’m also open to any other suggestions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@Mark Ainley I’m open for any market where the numbers work. I’m a newbie so I’m just learning how to analyze properties with the calculators on BP.

Greetings BP community,

I'm trying to analyze properties out of state for my first investment. I live in a California market where the housing is out of my price range. I'm looking for advice on how to calculate rehab cost because I'm using the BRRRR calculator to practice on analyzing properties. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and Happy New year!

@Jeremy Blevins I don't know if house hacking will work for my family. My kids are in a great school district and my commute to work would be affected. But I would love to invest in a multi-family home someday.

@Brian Garlington after looking at your profile, THANK YOU for your service. I come from a family who served in the Navy once they immigrated to the states from the Philippines. I am a veteran myself, so I took advantage of the VA loan to purchase the current home I'm in. I'm currently working with the same lender who helped me with my current home. But I'm keeping my options open as I venture into real estate investing.

Greetings BP!

My name is Jason, I was born and raised in the Bay Area. I currently live in Fremont, Ca. I'm looking to start my real estate investment journey. Growing up in the Bay Area, I've seen how big tech companies affected the housing market. I live in one of the most expensive regions in the country, so investing in real estate will be a challenge. I look forward to learning about investing in real estate and applying what I learn.

My goal is to create passive income to supplement my retirement in 11-15 years. I'm hope to meet and learn from the experts in this forum and those who live in my area. I'm excited to be part of this community!
