I am interested in purchasing a piece of vacant land owned by an LLC. Unfortunately, the only public records are a mailing address, so I will need to mail a letter introducing myself and my interest in purchasing their property. Does anyone know of any good strategies to get a response from the seller? Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Chinedu, did you end up finding a GC? Have you had any luck in the Halifax Market with BRRRR's?

Unfortunately, many resources are American-based, and we are having a tough time finding Canadian-friendly information and tools.
