Hello everyone, I am new to Bigger Pockets. I have just transferred my license from Ontario to Nova Scotia and  have been a real estate agent for eight years. My wife and I have been investing in real estate for three years. We have done two boosts and flips in that time. We currently live in Clare county; Bigger Pockets will only recognize Halifax as a location. We are interested in investing in the Clare, Yarmouth, and Digby areas. Has anyone had success in these markets? If so, what type of investments were they? I am looking to invest in waterfront construction, boost and flips, and rental properties of ten units or less.

Great feedback everyone. My wife and I are looking to develop oceanfront land new construction in the Yarmouth area, we have almost 10 years in real estate as agents and have boosted and flipped some nice waterfront homes back in Ontario. Anyone looking to connect or partner up I would love to hear from you guys. We have a young family so commuting to HRM is a challenge for us for now investment wise but you never know if the right deal comes around. Looking forward to hearing from you guys.

I am interested in purchasing a piece of vacant land owned by an LLC. Unfortunately, the only public records are a mailing address, so I will need to mail a letter introducing myself and my interest in purchasing their property. Does anyone know of any good strategies to get a response from the seller? Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.
