I want to lock in this deal, I have analyzed the numbers, and they make sense to me, this will be my first multifamily purchase. Anyone willing to run the numbers or offer advice would be awesome! Thanks. Here is the link for the listing. https://nsar.paragonrels.com/C...

I am a licensed real estate agent, and I am looking to start out creating syndication and am asking if anyone has any advice on how to get started; I see a lot of great deals in my market, but being a beginner investor in multi-family residential I don't have the capital to get things going? Any advice would be great thank you

Amazing thanks Luka!

Ask about tenant requirements for screening and for a few referrals AND call the referrals.

I am in the process of purchasing my first income-producing property, and it is site unseen; the numbers seem to be great with a DCR of 1.59, I would be 100% financed VTB open-ended for two years at 8%interest only, I want to find a property manager or management company, but this is a smaller town with limited options, does anyone have any interview questions or advice on how to find help that won't take advantage of me? Thanks to anyone time in advance that is willing to assist me with this.

@Daniel Johnson Hi Daniel, I just moved from Ontario to Nova Scotia and transferred my real estate license to NS, my wife and I are investing in Nova Scotia, and would love to help you out with your short term waterfront rental project, you can message me anytime.

@Account Closed Thanks for writing back, my wife and I have been analyzing deals in Nova Scotia for a few weeks now, the prevailing cap rate in Halifax seems to be around 4.5-5.5 % Would you agree? The price sellers are charging for multifamily properties seems to be quite high based on current NOI versus stabilized projections. How are your investment acquisitions given the recent interest rate hikes?

@roy N Hi Roy I am new on bigger pockets and live in Yarmouth Nova Scotia, we are looking to invest in rental units 10+ in or around halifax class b & c do you invest in nova scotia at all?

Has anyone invested in the west side of NS? There are a lot of oceanfront properties here and I am curious if anyone has been investing in these? Possibility for short term rentals?
