@Mario Brown Great Stuff. Have you been able to find any tax incentives or subsidies for implement green initiatives ?

Thank you Patrick Squires and David Dachtera , David Dachtera I have. There are a few others all at least 25 minutes away in similar settings showing signs of success in towns with similar metrics. I feel I provide a better service than these providers as most solely focus on the farm setting. I think providing also small individual offices and meeting rooms, mail and package room, snack/ small dish options will also be a revenue driver. One question i am pondering is staffing. Most have just key access. However having a receptionist adds another level to the space. Just trying to decide if that's what people want or do they want a more laid back setting.

Hi Ted L. I mean suburban. Town of 30,000 people and surrounding towns of same size. Thanks Priyanshu Adathakkar that is excellent advice.

Have an opportunity to open a shared workspace in a flourishing surburban town twenty five minutes outside of NYC. Town residents mostly work in city and a lot in finance. There's a very busy downtown. Has anyone opened a shared work in a more suburban setting? If you have, what metrics did you consider and how is your experience going ? What size facility did you open? Appreciate the responses.

I work in the family heavy construction business raising houses and moving buildings. The majority of our work at this time is at the Jersey Shore raising houses to new elevations to lower their risk of future flooding, reduce their flood insurance and make them FEMA compliant.
