I'd love to hear from someone who has actually split a lot under SB9. I've heard so many people who "almost" did it but decided against it for one reason or another. It seems like there are very few who have actually done it.

I get a list from some wholesalers in the area. Im definitely looking to JV on something. I can be boots on the ground. The last two deals that I've done were JVs met through bigger pockets

Are any of you guys relying on the recent federal court decision to lift the eviction ban? I'm inclined to be aggressive and purchase the deal now ahead of the lifting of the ban, bc I'm guessing when that's lifted I'll have a lot more competition from other investors.
