Where can I find ones that are buying apartment complexes and give them my money. Not so much the crowdfunding platforms but actual investors. I have money and wanna put it somewhere?

I was hoping to hear of anyone that has invested in a apartment deal passively and had any success? And if so what were the numbers?

I agree, Houston on average 1,000 people DAILY are moving in to that market. It's a hot market right now and If I were you I would start farming for deals because there are still deals make sense.

I agree with Joe. But in the future you could try family or friends that have some spare cash laying around and partner on a deal for equity spilt of some sort. But 100% financing is rare and far between.
Good luck investing.

My dad just bought some land for 33,000
and sold it for 100,000 and he just found the
older couple through a friend. He owns a timber business. And told me if I bring him a deal he would bring the cash and spilt profit with me. Even with homes.
So my question is does anyone have any sources to help me find leads? Or maybe refer me to a study course of some sort?
Thanks, JT
