@Jack Medford i'm closing on property #12 to take me to 28 doors next wk in MKE.  I use 4 PMs today (BHHS, PAM MKE, VP Investors, and CityWide). All of them do full service PM so it is minimal work for me. I basically manage the PMs. I have an agent that helps me find deals and i also look daily on trulia and craigslist. Once i find a property i like i work with PMs to get their opinion on location and property. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions.

@Paul Sandhu and @kevin lefeuvre

Originally was thinking about self managing but am trying to keep investment passive for now until I retire into real estate.

Also, Paul read your craigslist ad you posted on another STR thread...instant classic!

@Bob Mueller Jr. main issue is around fees for Mgmt and cleaning. Another company I found after posting on here is vacasa. Will connect with them in the next couple of days. Good luck and let me know if you have any more questions.

James, I think it would be very interesting to learn the steps on how to get a property rezoned to a higher use.

Thanks
