So if I find a house on the MLS (Realtor.com actually...) and in the description it says "This is package of 18 investment properties that are for sale". Does this mean that this house is for sale only in the package? Why would someone sell this way?

Unit could also mean Single Family House.  Maybe that is what he was referring to?

I hear on the podcast and forums about tracking properties. What do you use, why, and so forth. What I want to know is WHAT do you track? Accidental landlord here and not sure what it is I need to track. Can anyone point me in the right direction to set myself up for success? Thanks!
