Post: Wholesaling Joint Venture

Hello everyone, I am beginning to network with local wholesalers and was wanting to do a joint venture. What I want to do is get their permission to assist them in wholesaling their wholesale deals. Is this considered a joint venture or is there another definition for what I wanting to do?

Also, how would the process work beginning from my standing as the second wholesaler?

Thanks
Jose

Hello everyone,  I am in the process of selling a piece of land I bought a long ago via a tax deed sale. I plan on doing a quit claim deed to transfer ownership of property. Are there other forms such as contract that I need to make it formal?

Thanks

If the highest and best use is for residential development... and you know that a finished house would sell for $XXX,XXX.XX then a typical developer would buy the land for 15 - 30% of the total development cost (land + soft cost + hard cost).

What I do know is that its a huge development, where track style homes will be built.

Hello everyone. I am interested in selling a piece of land that I bought many years ago. How specifically do i go about evaluating the land in order to set a sale price? The land is inside a non-developed community, however it does have some paved roads and some dirt roads.

Thank you

This is great. I have recently downloaded Podio and wanted to begin customizing it and this helps.

Maybe stay away from "We Rip You Off Properties, LLC" and all will be well :)

Sure. I was wondering if there were any perceived benefits to one type of name vs another.

Of course. It pays to be mindful.

It wouldn't hurt to get some questions answered.  I have met with attorneys for questions and to know if they would make a good fit for my team also. Make sure they don't charge just for "networking"

Hello everyone, yesterday along with a question I posted here on BP about PO Boxes, I started wondering how and if a business name impacts a real estate transaction.  I have not yet incorporated, however my wife and I already have a name selected. What is your opinion regarding business names? I will post my proposed name if you all believe it's correct of me to do so.
