Hi Jerri,

We just had some cleaning, weeding, and planting done by Ebenezer LLC. Erubiel Peralta and his partner worked very hard and transformed our yard from scraggly to gorgeous -- and for a reasonable price.

And, here's another one that drives me to rev the power drill: I set up an appointment with a contractor, explain the project, use my personal email address -- and he replies to my husband's email address and all conversations are directed to my husband -- why?

@Johnny Lujan,

I know you already decided to take the classroom course, and that sounds like a good plan, but in answer to your call to CO agents, I took the online Macrealestate course.

IF you're interested in my feedback about it, let me know!

Erik,

You may also want to check out this RE Investment club in your area; looks like they have a meetup Thursday June 11:

David,

Your postings are very helpful, as I am considering purchasing a property here in MN.  I have an RE license in another state.   What purchase contract form do you use ; I.e., where can I download an official state-approved contract to buy and sell?   I want to avoid enlisting a buyer's agent.

Thanks!

Jeanne

HI Ben,

Just FYI, I recently was interested in buying a Colorado property that had been remediated for meth, and in the course of my due diligence I came across this very informative link from the Illinois Attorney General containing lots of information about meth.  I found the section about spotting a meth lab from the outside to be very informative.  You may find it interesting reading:

Dan & Dimitriy: Thanks -- much appreciated!  Dan, if I had a better arm I could throw a ball and hit the LES field.
