I'm working to find off market deals in the Akron/Cleveland area while living in CA. For the life of me, I can't seem to find public eviction records. Can anyone share information on where/how to find this? I've gone down too many rabbit holes on county websites just to find nothing this morning! Thank you!

Just start! Also, don't waste money on a masters degree! Educate yourself as early as possible and find mentors that will help you.

Hey @Sid Kapoor, did you move forward with a property in the Groveland market? My wife and I are currently looking into that area as well to purchase a STR. Groveland looks like a good area but curious if you ended up purchasing.

Hey everyone! Brand new to everything here. My wife and I own and live in Ventura, CA, but looking to by SFRs to invest in. Birmingham, AL seems to jump out at us and we are going for it. Just pulled out $20k of an investment account for a down payment and am trying to educate myself as much as possible for diving in.
