Hi everyone,

My name is Jeff Kwende (but you can call me Jeff ;) ), and I am brand spanking new to the BiggerPockets community. In my blooming existence, I have had experience in Microbiology, Nursing, Biochemistry (on a Medical Path), and currently Finance (I know,...totally unrelated). That being said, much to my dismay, I have ZERO experience in RE or REI, and if I'm honest, this is way out of my comfort zone. However, I have learned that nothing worth having ever came from a comfort zone. So armed with my desire for knowledge and unyielding determination to succeed, I'm taking a leap of faith into this realm.

From what I've gathered so far, my goals are to get my feet wet in Wholesaling, Flipping, and Multifamily Rentals. I'm also looking forward to networking with individuals who enjoy working with others, who plan meticulously and execute promptly, and who have a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
