@Andy Whitcomb are you still doing this? What was the outcome? Is this something you plan on doing long term or just to increase monthly cash flow? Have you seen an increase or decrease in business? Any change in legislation over the last 2 years (since original post) that has slowed you down or stopped business altogether?

Post: Looking for Podio expert (or well versed source)

Hi!
I am looking for a PODIO expert, who has used Podio to manage leads/brokers/MHP owners, etc during the acquisition phase.
We have a large dataset and want to pick your brain about:
Creating relationships from app to app on Podio; especially when there are multiple owners per property or multiple properties per owner.
Bulk mapping of fields, (instead of the current individual drag and drop feature we are using) after importing from Excel.
Thank you in advance.

MHP moguls,
Do any of you use Podio or another similar database to systematize contacts with park owners, brokers, etc?
For those of you who use Podio/Pipedrive, what are some tips and tricks you have to share? :)
We are looking to use a system that will help us manage direct mail, cold calling, mapping, and acquisition activity.
We’ve looked at CRM’s but are considering something more advanced / flexible such as Podio.
For those of you who aren’t systemizing their cold call interactions, managing deal flow, and tracking communication— would you be interested in doing this to streamline your business?
Or do you stick with spreadsheets/excel?
Thanks for all the feedback.

I have definitely had the same thought. Is there a way around this? One thing I have thought to justify this—- is that if you do end up buying the park that you could reach out to those who expressed interest first. It’s difficult because I think testing the market is important but I have considered the integrity issue as well.
Interested to hear the other feedback you receive.

Thanks Matthew!
Would you alter the underwriting to exclude these homes when determining the value?
