Where do we get info on the local meet ups here?

Hi Ali! Congrats on the deal. I’ve done a couple deals and am putting together one at the moment but would still consider myself pretty new. Feel free to reach out, though, and I’ll do what can to help in any way possible. Like you, I’d love to get into larger multi family down the road when the right deal comes along.

Massimo, My thought is that there isn’t assistance like that as KC is a very competitive market already, but I could be wrong there. I just haven’t heard of any special financial assistance. Is funding an issue for you at the moment or are you just curious about ways to save?

There are plenty of get-rich-quickers out there but there are plenty of others who do want this to be their career and business. Those looking to get rich quick fall off rather quickly, I’m sure, as with anything worthwhile. But some people do want to work at REI because building something for yourself rather than someone else is where you find fulfillment.
