I have been having a hard time finding a roofer, siding and windows in the Tulsa area. I can’t seem to get anyone that wants to work.

Does anyone have any recommendations in the Tulsa area?

I need complete new siding

Roof repair (skylight closed up, drip edge repair)

It seems the roofers are only wanting to do insurance work in sand springs, cash apparently doesn’t pay well enough.

@Andrew R. Lucas Looking at Fannie Mae's eligibility requirements, an LLC (my case as well) looks to qualify, given the 100% ownership.

@Thomas Hannan hubzu.com is another site. I have purchased 2 properties so far with them.
